Journaling

Journaling – writing, observing, and processing your thoughts – will help you maintain a sense of perspective.

01 Being with gratitude: write down all the things you are thankful for today. Don’t think about what to write, just note your thoughts as they occur to you.

02 Now write down anything else that has affected you since you last wrote. What have you achieved? What would you like to achieve tomorrow? Try to use positive words and phrases if you can.

03 When you are ready to finish, take a moment to read over and reflect on what you have written. Give thanks for this opportunity to explore your feelings, before closing your journal.
