Spiritual Direction

For those who believe in God, Diana would like to journey with you; to help you to cultivate a regular prayer life and to foster a closer relationship with God. For the spiritually-inclined, Diana will help you to find space in daily life to include silence, reflection and self-care.

Approaches include praying with Scripture and poems, Ignatian discernment, labyrinth and writing as spiritual practices, and breathwork.

She can also create programs for stay-in retreats and Day of Recollection for individuals and groups.

Counseling and Psychotherapy

Counseling is often short-term and helps a person work through specific problems, such as a relationship challenge, stress, and addiction. Psychotherapy is often long-term and goes deeper into exploring and managing unhealthy patterns of behavior, thinking and emotional responses that negatively impact how a person perceives and interacts with the world.

Diana has done extensive studies and uses integrative approaches in her work as psychotherapist, viz, EFT, CBT, Journalling and Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Phototherapy, Life coaching.

We go to counselors when we want help getting out of caves. We go to [spiritual] directors when we are ready to be led further in.

It is Diana’s hope that the Center for Life Transitions will be a platform to introduce programs that cater to the needs and well-being of people, young and old. Diana also believes in helping middle-agers to prepare early for the silver years.

GET IN TOUCH

Diana is available for collaborations with institutions and corporations. Let us discuss and explore how some of my non-religious wellness programs could be introduced to your employees; for example, the drawing arts during lunch hours, or as team building exercises.

I also look forward to collaborating with mental health practitioners to create crafted exercises and programs for their clients.
